We get to play in consultations with your color goals instead of matching to a swatch. You will get to touch and see varieties of colors & lengths to help you visualize the full effect of those hair goals.
We get to talk about budgets and how extensions are a luxury item to invest in, and how to maintain it like a prized possession. For all of this there is not a time limit like most salons. We can chat as long as you need or want to! The best thing is for you to be happy, comfortable and confident, and to enjoy your experience from the first interaction to the next!

What is a weft?
This is determined by how much length & fullness is desired for the overall look. Typically when wanting just body and thickness, 1 row will do. When adding additional length on top of fullness, 2+ rows will be needed. And if you’re starting with dense, thicker hair or a strong '“bob” generally 3 rows is required to achieve a natural blend.
Unlike other methods, IBE® does not simply “push” or “move up” the beads as this is not good for the overall health of the hair. So with every appointment following the initial install we re-install the row to ensure the best conditions for your hair and scalp. Typically these can range from 6 weeks to 10 weeks.
Yes! No-one should be able to tell you’re even wearing them! At your consultation we will discuss color options and match you up with the closest match. It doesn’t stop there though! Your wefts will then be custom colored to create a seamless natural color blend from your natural hair into your extensions.
The longevity of the hair goes hand in hand with home care & how well they are maintained. Lighter colors break down faster and typically need replaced between 6-10 months, while darker colors can last up to a year.
A weft is the hair that is installed on the beaded foundation. There are machine wefts and hand-tied wefts. With IBE® we strictly use hand-tied wefts or Micro Wefts, as they are thinner and light weight which allows us to stack multiple wefts along the row to build the fullness desired. I only use the highest grade quality of hair to ensure longevity of your investment.
